Frequently asked questions

Do I have to make a new account? 

No, if you have shopped with us before on our previous site, your account and orders are still in our system. You can claim your account by entering the email associated with your previous account. Follow the instructions to reset your password. Then you can login and view existing orders or create new orders. 

How do I get the member discount?

Sign in or verify the email used for your current Danish Windmill membership during checkout. Active members save 10% on merchandise, including sale items. If you have a different email associated with your membership and/or account and want to change it, let us know. 

Can I sign up for a membership while checking out?

Yes. Open the membership form from checkout and complete that separate purchase. Your Market cart will be waiting when you return. Then verify the same membership email to check for your discount.

When is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free in the contiguous United States and DC when merchandise totals $100 or more after coupons and before the member discount.

How much is standard shipping below $100?

Standard shipping is $10 for the first item, plus $1 for each additional item. Your shipping total appears before you place the order.

Where do you ship?

The Market currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States.

Can I see my past orders and saved addresses?

Yes. Sign in to your Market account to view purchase history and manage saved addresses. If you shopped with us before the new Market launched, use the email associated with your earlier orders to claim your account.
