Also visible is the decorative Stork fountain, which has been part of the beautiful setting at Amagertorv since 1894 and has made the square a favourite spot for Copenhageners and tourists alike.

Royal Copenhagen has been part of Danish table traditions since 1775, when the Danish Porcelain Manufactory was founded under royal patronage. Blue Fluted Plain, its first signature pattern, established the blue-and-white language that still connects many of its collections.

Across generations, the house has combined porcelain craftsmanship with new interpretations of familiar forms. A plate or holiday piece can be used, displayed, and passed along, carrying a small part of that long Danish design story with it.
